PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 21, 2026
The Energization Log ("we", "us") is operated by Kanton Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through theenergizationlog.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
Email sign-ups. When you request a free resource (such as the LOTO & Isolation Checklist) or join our list, we collect your email address. Sign-ups are stored in Squarespace Email Campaigns.
Orders. When you buy from our shop, we collect what's needed to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. Printed merchandise is produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful, which receives your shipping details for that purpose.
Analytics and cookies. Our site runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep your cart, and provide aggregate visitor analytics (such as pages viewed and referring sites). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Contact messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address to respond.
How we use information
We use it to deliver the resources you request, send occasional updates you signed up for, fulfill and support orders, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Amazon affiliate links
The Energization Log is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links on our site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set its own cookies, and Amazon's privacy notice governs what it collects.
Unsubscribe and your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing eric@theenergizationlog.com.
Third-party services
We rely on Squarespace (hosting, email campaigns, commerce and analytics), Printful (merch fulfillment), Amazon (affiliate links) and YouTube (embedded videos, which may set their own cookies). Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.
Children
This site is intended for adults working in or learning about electrical commissioning. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
